Refund and Returns Policy

At CloudTechHato, we strive to provide high-quality computer accessories and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns: Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Condition of Return Items: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Products that are damaged, altered, or missing parts cannot be returned.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cloudtechhato.com or call us at (704) 825-9823. Include your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Processing: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

  • Exchanging Items: If you would like to exchange a product for a different model, size, or color, please follow the return process and place a new order. We cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange will be available.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return or exchange. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
  • Return Shipping for Damaged/Defective Items: We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items, and you will receive a full refund or replacement.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain products are non-refundable or non-returnable, including but not limited to:

    • Customized or personalized items
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
